In the spring of 2012, CHMP was commissioned to convert an aged Chevrolet retail facility into a state-of-the-art MINI dealership. This was an especially challenging project, as the existing 30-year old low profile masonry wall bearing facility required major structural modifications to express the innovative nature and high quality of the MINI brand.

To capitalize on the site exposure and heavily traveled thoroughfare, the road-side exposure was significantly modified to maximize vehicle display potential. Utilizing a combination of glass, prefinished aluminum composite panels and LED accent lighting, the building provides a stunning MINI Corporate identity element.
