In response to budget constraints, CHMP recommended this new Fire Station and Township Hall for Venice Township be constructed using a “pre-engineered” metal building system.  This building incorporated with split faced decorative concrete masonry units wainscot provides for an attractive interplay of economical materials.

The project includes three drive-through apparatus bays and support offices for the fire department.  The connecting Township Hall facility consists of offices for Township personnel with a public meeting hall. Total area for new construction consists of a new build at 7,000 square feet.
